crosses the Ujjain and enters in Gujarat, fulfills need of Guarat’s people and meets
the ocean after crossing Bharuch. There is a bridge on the Narmada River at Bharuch
which is a good example of hard labor and engineering excellence by Britishers.
It was built in Dec’ 1877 and even today it attracts several people. Lots of money
was spent building it thus it is known as Golden Bridge.
